Project of
IDPs and needy families’ relief
NRFD supported
by the World Assembly of Islamic Youth to perform the
Project of IDPs and needy families’ relief. Work teams
formed consist of professional member who had experience in
performing relief projects and the plan was made as follows:
1-
The project includes distributing
food baskets to beneficiaries.
2-
Total number of baskets 1066
3-
Total number of beneficiaries 6400
(basket for each family and each family consist of 5-7
individuals).
4-
The beneficiaries include:
A-
IDPs families.
B-
Needy families.
C-
Orphans and widows.
5-
Each food basket contains
different food items (tomato’s paste, cooking oil, eggs,
cheese and rice ,etc…).
6-
The project done in eight
districts of Baghdad and one district of Wasset (one of the
Iraqi governorates)
